BILLING

If you are insured, SICHC will bill your insurance company for services and provide you with a billing statement for any fees or deductibles not covered by your insurance plan. Patients who are uninsured are asked to pay for services at the time of their visit. If you need help setting up a payment plan, please contact us to make arrangements.
